PLANNING SERVICES
Hallas Design can help and advise on all forms of planning applications including the production of existing and proposed plans and elevations, site layouts, schedules and Ordnance Survey based location plans.
Comprehensive detailing of any project is vital for its success. Tailored so that your builder can work and build directly from them, our working drawings provide the required level of detail to ensure that the completed building exactly meets (and hopefully exceeds) your expectations and specifications.
Utilising the latest Computer Aided Design software, we can produce an accurate 3D model to allow you to visualise the finished product before it’s built. Our software also provides advanced analysis tools to allow us to pinpoint and rectify any potential build problems.
Undertaking works to your home may require you to serve notice on your neighbours. To comply with the Party Wall Act 1996 etc we can prepare and serve notices, along with taking you through the complete process to safe guard both you and your neighbours interests.
MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Here at Hallas Design it is our aim to take some of the stress out of your building project. From the production of the initial plans to the laying of the last brick, we will ensure that your project runs smoothly and efficiently, on budget and on time and to the highest possible quality.
We understand that any building project can be daunting. A strong level of communication is vital, which is why we will act as the ‘interface’ between yourself and your project’s contractors to ensure that everyone is reading from the same page, and every detail of the finished product meets your requirements.
We can manage the health, safety and welfare aspects of construction projects to ensure full compliance with The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM 2015).
