We can remove all the hassle in putting your proposal through planning and can manage the process on your behalf. We can prepare and submit the planning application and liaise with the planning authority to enhance the chances of a successful application.
PARTY WALL
SURVEYING

Undertaking works to your home may require you to serve notice on your neighbours. To comply with the Party Wall Act 1996 etc we can prepare and serve notices, along with taking you through the complete process to safe guard both you and your neighbours interests.
PROJECT
COORDINATION
We can assist with seeing your project through to completion. We can be as involved as you want, tailoring our services to each specific job. This starts from tendering the works with contractors, through to overseeing the works on site, agreeing variations and or payments with the contractors throughout the contract.
